Permitting Assistance

In the old days, when you turned in your paperwork to get your permits, you had to fill out a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division. This tells the EPD that you’re about to disturb some dirt. And when you were done, you had to fill out a Notice of Termination (NOT). This tells the EPD that the project is completed. In 2018, this permitting process went online with the GEOS system: the Georgia EPD Online System. The process for these permits is now done via the GEOS site and we help developers navigate the system so they can be free to get the actual work completed. We can help you create and manage your account and we have a preparer/consultant account as well.
